Interview With The Author

What is your favorite thing about The Oberon Stone?

My favorite thing about The Oberon Stone is the sheer amount of action and adventure packed into it. For those who loved the first book, this one is ten levels above. The story unfolds across more than a dozen distinct lands—each with its own atmosphere, magical rules, and fantastical creatures. From blood-dragons to flying panthers, every setting introduces new challenges and deepens the worldbuilding. It’s also the book where magic becomes more refined—where characters fully tap into their unique abilities and magical systems tighten with purpose. Compared to the first book, this one is richer, faster, and more immersive in every way.

What makes The Oberon Stone unique and sets it apart from the competition?

The Oberon Stone deepens the cinematic worldbuilding, emotional complexity, and multiverse stakes introduced in The Pandora’s Box. As the second book in the trilogy, it delivers the highest stakes of action—featuring epic adventures through blood-dragon-infested beaches, wraith-haunted woodlands, fortresses overtaken by dwarven warriors, and subzero lands ruled by flying panthers.

With its multi-POV narrative and myth-infused sci-fi-fantasy setting, the story explores fractured timelines, betrayal, and the cost of wielding dark magic. Written for older teens and crossover adult readers, it offers intelligent dialogue, morally complex characters, and pulse-pounding twists.

The series has earned multiple literary awards and critical acclaim from Kirkus Reviews, The US Review of Books, Reedsy Discovery, and others—praised for its layered themes, rich prose, and bold genre fusion.

I also got stronger feedback from Europe for book 2, and from US for book 1, so it was cool to see how different cultures react differently to each book.
